How does working with Cipher begin?
It starts with a conversation. Send us a few details through the form above and one of the founders replies personally within one business day to arrange a discovery call.
How far in advance should we reach out?
The earlier the better — large galas and destination celebrations are ideally planned six to twelve months ahead. That said, we have produced beautiful events on far shorter notice; tell us your date and we will be honest about what is possible.
Do you produce events in all three cities?
Yes. We create events across Stockholm, Marbella and London, and travel with our clients beyond them. Wherever the evening takes place, the same team carries it from first sketch to last toast.
How do you handle discretion?
Discretion is part of the service. We work under confidentiality as a matter of course, and much of our finest work is never shown publicly — by design.
What about budget?
Every event is scoped individually — there is no package price. Share an indicative budget and guest count and we will tell you candidly what we can create within it.
Which languages do you work in?
Swedish and English, for hosts and guests alike — this site can be read in both.
